  1. I know when the time is right when my gut tells me so! Just to make it clear, I make my decisions on logic and if something needs to be done, do it as soon as possible.

  2. When I lose track of time and don’t even know what music is playing and the page fills up with words almost faster than I can keep up…. then I know the time is right for writing… ☺️☀️

      1. Yes, I suppose so. I agree with the others that it’s an intuitive thing. I think I just gave a few more details about how that intuition feels for me in a particular instance. In this case, writing. ☺️. But, I can think of other things that I don’t have so much freedom as to when and where and how they’re done. Gardening for instance. It’s Hot! If anything needs to be done outside it should be done in the early morning hours or in shady circumstances. Perhaps that’s motivation too and not so much intuition. It’s dependent in a way, on outside circumstances. Now, I’m jsut thinking too much 😄 but, there I am!

  3. I follow my gut! Being an insurance underwriter teaches you to go with your gut feeling. Sometimes, that gut feeling needs some tweaking but most of the time it is spot on.

  4. If it’s work or chores, I stick to a schedule. I feel anxious if I don’t. But as far as my writing and other pursuits, I know it’s “time” when I can’t focus on much else. That’s when I know my creative muse must be set free again…
