Hi Rory,
How hard is it for you to ask for help if you need it – can you do so quickly, or are you resistant to it?
I do the best I can to come to a resolution before I ask for help. I’m not resistant to asking for help but I like to figure things out myself.
Are there any phrases that people use that annoy you immensely?
to be honest; I don’t mean to offend you; let me tell you something; my bad
How do you acquire new skills – what systems do you adopt to aid you, and why do they make things easier?
Nothing specific except research and keeping an open mind to new ideas.
Which three spices or condiments do you use the most when cooking, and what makes them more valuable?
garlic, turmeric, cinnamon
Have a great day!

To be honest Eugenia and let me tell you something, oops my bad l don’t mean to offend you but …
I think l am guilty of using ‘to be honest’.
Garlic and cinnamon l use a fair bit, Suze uses Tumeric quite a lot.
Good answers 🙂
