Hi, Rory!
What are you currently watching or reading?
I am currently reading the blogs that come in via my email.
What is the weirdest food combination you enjoy?
A hummus and cucumber sandwich on pita bread.

Not long. We keep an eye out for each other in our community. Break-ins and vandalism are signs we need to be more cautious. Our mailbox center was vandalized a few days ago. Note, the mailbox center is a wall of locked mailboxes. There is considerable damage and it’s taking a while to make repairs. This is a gated community so someone snuck in or it was an inside job.
What do you think of garden gnomes?
I love them as long as there are too many that distract from the garden.

Hey Eugenia, yes in a gated community you would notice things very quickly indeed.
Cucumber and hummus is pretty cool, l used to have that also on pita 🙂

I LOVE garden gnomes! My husband has many weird food combinations, most of them involve mayonnaise and I won’t be more specific because I don’t want to gross anyone out..

Oooh a mayo fan then, l used to also know one of those and it was mayo on everything 🙂
What is it Grace about garden gnomes that you love?

They are cute, and fun and ever so kitschy I also LOVE pink flamingo lawn ornaments. We rented a house for years that had a front lawn and backyard (backyard =garden) and since I don’t garden I decorated…

I have seen those pink flamingos on lawns in America, l am not sure l have ever seen any here, and admittedly gnomes are not as popular as they once were.
Back in the later 70’s and right up to the 90’s they were very popular, now it is only every so often l see them on gardens 🙂

What are you currently watching or reading?
The series Mad Men. I’m very late to this party, but I’m enjoying it.
What is the weirdest food combination you enjoy?
I do not think I have an answer for this one. Maybe I don’t consider my combos weird .. lol.

I notice things out of routine quickly. More than one newspaper is a flag or strange cars in the driveway.
What do you think of garden gnomes?
I LOVE a good gnome.
